Nicole is a skilled litigator who is licensed in multiple jurisdictions and has extensive experience in both employment and labor litigation. She has successfully defended employers in high-stakes employment disputes and is well-versed in early case assessment and developing results-oriented discovery, deposition, dispositive motion, and trial strategies consistent with client objectives.
Nicole is also a trusted advisor and litigator who helps employers navigate complex workplace challenges and minimize legal risk.
With deep experience across industries—including healthcare, transportation, and manufacturing—she provides strategic counsel on discrimination and retaliation claims, leave and accommodation compliance, employee terminations, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations. She also advises businesses on employment policies, non-compete agreements, and other risk mitigation strategies that align with operational goals.
Nicole has practiced labor and employment law since entering private practice in 2009. Prior to joining Constangy, Nicole practiced at an Am Law 200 firm and served as in-house employment counsel for a Fortune 200 company. This dual perspective allows her to provide both proactive, business-minded legal guidance and strong defense strategies consistent with each business’ unique philosophy when litigation arises.
Nicole partners with employers to develop tailored solutions that balance compliance with operational needs. Whether counseling on workplace policies or defending against complex employment claims, she delivers clear, actionable guidance that helps businesses stay ahead of evolving employment laws.
