Overview

Sunil specializes in workers’ compensation litigation, representing employers, insurers, self-insurers, and third-party administrators before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation and state courts throughout Georgia. His focus involves navigating multi-party disputes as they relate to workers’ compensation.

His education experience with business administration, law degree and LL.M in health law results in a modern and innovative approach to the handling of workers’ compensation claims.
