Constangy’s Los Angeles has added senior counsel Jay McFadyen to its fast-growing California practice. McFadyen brings to the firm more than 30 years of experience in advice and counsel relating to commercial transactions with implications for labor and employment litigation and compliance. He comes to Constangy after spending many years as in-house counsel at companies including Honeywell, Ready Pac Foods and Red Bull. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University.
The Metro DC office welcomes Peggah Wilson as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, Wilson served as Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. She received her J.D. from Duke University.
Associate Ginny Woodfork has joined Constangy's Denver office. Woodfork, who previously practiced at a general civil litigation firm in St. Louis, Missouri, received her J.D. from Washington University.
