In her practice, Talley defends corporations and executives in high-stakes litigation involving labor and employment matters. Talley has been named one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Southern California by a national legal publication on six occasions since 2009. She is also a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America – an invitation-only trial lawyer honor society consisting of the top 1% of attorneys in the United States. In addition to serving on her firm’s governing body, she is a board member of the Center of Hope.
The magazine selected this year's honorees from more than 500 nominations, considering each nominee's corporate sector influence, scholastic achievement, career growth, community outreach, and professional recognition.
