National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP has been recognized as a ‘best law firm for women’ for the third consecutive year by Working Mother magazine.

The annual Working Mother “Best Law Firms for Women” ranking highlights the top 60 law firms that reflect best practices in recruiting, retaining, promoting, and developing women lawyers. Firms are measured by not only by the representation and leadership of women in the workforce; but also by the adoption of policies that help women succeed, such as time-off and leaves; child care; flexibility; and equity in compensation.

Over the past year, Constangy has also been recognized as one of the top five firms in the U.S. for women attorneys by The National Law Journal, Law360, and Vault.com

Constangy has a strong track record of supporting women lawyers. Over the past five years, women have accounted for 68% of partner and equity partner promotions and 58% of new attorney hires.
