Constangy’s executive committee voted to elevate the following partners to equity partner status, effective January 1, 2021:

  • Phillip Harris (Tampa)
  • Lori King Mans (Jacksonville)
  • Thomas Scroggins (Birmingham)

The executive committee also added the following attorney to the firm’s partnership ranks:

  • Evan Jarrold (Kansas City)
