Dvorochkin represents and advises employers in a variety of labor & employment matters. Prior to joining Constangy, she represented large corporations in the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries in matters related to premises liability, products liability and catastrophic injury. Dvorochkin has experience in all levels of litigation, ranging from discovery, mediation, and trial. Dvorochkin obtained her J.D. from Santa Clara School of Law in 2018, where she was a three-year recipient of a merit-based scholarship. She also received a High Tech Excellence Award from Santa Clara's top ranked High Tech Law Institute.
