Dongying focuses her practice on employment litigation, where she assists employers in defense of labor and employment matters in federal and state courts. Before joining Constangy full-time, Dongying held two law clerk positions at the firm, providing her the opportunity to stay at the forefront of employment law developments.

Dongying earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
