Overview
Claire represents employers and insurers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation across Georgia.
Based in Constangy's Macon office, Claire defends clients in matters ranging from claims resolution and mediation to subrogation and appeals. She regularly appears before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and has tried numerous cases involving complex legal and medical issues. Claire is known for her practical approach to litigation and her ability to guide clients through sensitive and high-stakes matters.
Claire’s experience spans a wide variety of claims, including occupational disease, catastrophic designations, psychological injuries, and Medicare recovery issues. She works closely with employers, insurers, and third-party administrators to navigate the nuances of Georgia’s workers’ compensation system, with a focus on minimizing risk and achieving efficient resolutions.
Claire is an active member of the Labor and Employment and Workers' Compensation sections of the State Bar of Georgia. She earned her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law and her B.A. from Florida State University.
