Overview
Katherine is a litigator who represents employers in complex employment disputes, with a focus on wage and hour matters.
She defends clients in federal and state courts, managing class and collective actions under the FLSA and related state laws. In addition to her wage and hour work, Katherine has experience handling a wide range of employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and employment contract disputes. Katherine guides employers through every stage of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, arbitration, mediation, and settlement approvals. Katherine’s experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of litigation gives her valuable insight into how cases are built and resolved. She uses this perspective to anticipate challenges and develop tailored strategies that align with each client’s goals.
Katherine continues to partner with employers to navigate high-stakes employment disputes, offering clear, practical guidance that supports compliance and minimizes risk.
