Overview
Kelly defends employers in cases involving whistleblower retaliation, non-compete agreements, discrimination under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and other employment laws, including wage and hour violations and wrongful termination claims.
She handles complex disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies like the EEOC and local human rights commissions. In addition to her litigation practice, Kelly advises employers on a variety of employment law and human resources issues, such as hiring, firing, employee discipline, and claims avoidance. She helps businesses draft and interpret employment contracts, separation agreements, trade secret protections, and non-compete agreements. Kelly also provides training and conducts internal investigations to help employers navigate workplace challenges proactively.
