Overview

The firm opened its Minneapolis office in July 2015.  Our office is housed in the Capella Tower, an icon on the Minneapolis skyline, and is located within the core of Minneapolis’ Central Business District. The Minneapolis office has direct access to major freeway arteries, busing and light rail systems. The building is located on the Minneapolis Skyway System – a system of enclosed pedestrian bridges and indoor walkways connecting over 60 city blocks in the downtown core, which allows year-round indoor access to retail and office destinations in the Central Business District.

• Take I-94 East
• Exit I-94 at 4th Street North (Exit 230)
• Follow 4th Street North to South 3rd Avenue
• Turn Right onto South 7th Street
• Capella Tower Parking Garage will be immediately on your Right.

From the Northeast

• Take I-35W South
• Exit onto Washington Avenue (Exit 17C); take a right onto South Washington Avenue.
• Follow South Washington Avenue to South 3rd Avenue and turn Left
• Turn Right onto South 7th Street
• Capella Tower Parking Garage will be immediately on your Right.

From the South

• Take I-35W North
• Follow Exit 16A toward Downtown Minneapolis Exits
• Exit onto South 5th Avenue
• Turn Left onto South 7th Street
• Follow South 7th Street through South 3rd Avenue
• Capella Tower Parking Garage will be immediately on your Right.

From the East

• Take I-94 West
• Follow the 5th Street Exit (Exit 234B)
• Take a slight Left onto 11th Avenue South
• Turn Right onto South 7th Street
• Follow South 7th Street through South 3rd Avenue
• Capella Tower Parking Garage will be immediately on your Right.

From the West

• Take I-394 East
• Follow the 6th Street North Exit (Exit 9B)
• Follow 6th Street to South 3rd Avenue and take a Right
• Turn Right onto South 7th Street
• Capella Tower Parking Garage will be immediately on your Right.

From the Airport

• MN-5 East toward MN-55 Minneapolis
• Follow MN-55 West toward MN-62
• Merge onto MN-62 West
• Exit I-35W North toward Minneapolis
• Follow Exit 16A toward Downtown Minneapolis Exits
• Exit onto South 5th Avenue
• Turn Left onto South 7th Street
• Follow South 7th Street through South 3rd Avenue
• Capella Tower Parking Garage will be immediately on your Right.

Light Rail from Airport

• Take the light rail (Metro Blue Line) from either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 to the Government Plaza Station
• Walk South (left) on 3rd Avenue South one block to South 6th Street
• Capella Tower is across the street, on your right.
