17th Annual OSHA Recordkeeping Training & Workers' Compensation Seminar - February 17, 2017

Seminar

Our annual OSHA Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Training and Workers' Compensation Seminar will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. This seminar will address many topics, including OSHA's new anti-retaliation regulation dealing with post-accident drug testing and safety incentive programs. The training is geared toward business owners, human resource professionals, company recordkeepers, safety and health managers, as well as health care providers.

Join our OSHA attorneys Bill Principe and Neil Wasser as they discuss topics such as

  • The OSHA Recordkeeping Analysis
  • The Big Circle Analysis
  • New 2016 recordkeeping interpretations from OSHA
  • OSHA's new anti-retaliation regulation dealing with post-accident drug testing and safety incentive programs
  • Common mistakes by recordkeepers
  • Nuts and bolts of filling out recordkeeping forms
  • The new reporting requirements

This is a great opportunity to train your new recordkeepers and to ensure that your existing recordkeepers keep abreast of OSHA's interpretations of the recordkeeping requirements, as well as the new reporting requirements that went into effect in 2016.

Constangy's Workers' Compensation attorneys Eric Proser and Carl McCalla will present "Workers' Compensation 2016 Update" and will discuss

  • Workers' compensation best practices
