Overview

Neil serves as Chair of the firm’s Executive Committee and focuses his practice on occupational safety and health (OSHA), equal employment opportunity, and wage-hour law.

He advises employers on regulatory compliance and workplace safety obligations in the U.S. and has also supported multinational companies in developing and enhancing safety programs in Europe and Latin America. Neil regularly represents employers during OSHA inspections, enforcement proceedings, and related litigation.

In addition to his regulatory and compliance practice, Neil provides employee relations counseling and delivers EEO and safety training for management teams across industries. He is a sought-after speaker on OSHA compliance and broader employment law topics and frequently presents at industry and legal conferences nationwide.
