Seminar

Our annual OSHA Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Training and Workers' Compensation Seminar will be held on Friday, January 16, 2015 at the Embassy Suites Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta, Georgia. This training is geared toward business owners, human resource professionals, company recordkeepers, safety and health managers, as well as health care providers.

Join our OSHA attorneys, Bill Principe and Neil Wasser, as they discuss topics such as:

  • The OSHA Recordkeeping Analysis
  • The Big Circle Analysis
  • New 2014 Recordkeeping Interpretations from OSHA
  • Common Mistakes by Recordkeepers
  • Nuts and Bolts of Filling out Recordkeeping Forms
  • The New 2015 Reporting Requirements
  • Hypothetical Fact Scenarios (We promise we'll get to these!)

This is a great opportunity to train your new recordkeepers and to ensure that your existing recordkeepers keep abreast of OSHA's interpretations of the recordkeeping requirements, as well as the new reporting requirements going into effect on January 1, 2015.
