In this briefing, we’ll discuss both long-standing, thorny leave of absence issues and new developments concerning mandatory unpaid and paid time off requirements.  Topics will include leave of absence issues involving the FMLA, ADA, military, disability, pregnancy, domestic violence, and religion.
