Constangy Partners Recognized for Exceptional Thought Leadership in JD Supra’s 2024 Readers Choice Awards

Constangy partners Will Krasnow and Robin Shea were recognized as top authors in JD Supra’s 2024 Readers Choice Awards. Shea claimed the top spot among authors in the Labor & Employment field with her article titled “When it comes to HR, don't quit your day job, Miss Manners,” triumphing over a vast selection of over 7,900 articles. Additionally, Krasnow secured a position among the top 10 authors in the Immigration category.

Will is an immigration and labor and employment lawyer with substantial experience, both in-house as an Assistant Human Resources Counsel for a major corporation and in private practice. Will welcomes close client relationships with businesses and individuals and provides effective immigration law advice and services to them because he has represented businesses in hundreds of immigration matters in a wide variety of industries and individuals in many complex family immigration matters as well. His business immigration representation includes obtaining permanent resident status for foreign nationals; obtaining temporary visas for a wide variety of personnel including executives and managers, professional employees and seasonal workers; employment of foreign workers under NAFTA; defense of employee claims; and compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act and related anti-discrimination provisions.

Robin has more than 30 years' experience counseling employers and representing them before government agencies and in employment litigation involving Title VII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, the Equal Pay Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as similar state laws. She also conducts employment-related investigations as well as training for human resources professionals, management, and employees on a wide variety of topics.
