Constangy Welcomes Four Attorneys Across Four Locations

Press Room

Constangy is excited to announce the addition of four talented attorneys to its team: Matthew Basilotto, Seth Greenwald, Lana Nassar, and David Orozco. Basilotto, Greenwald, and Orozco join the firm as attorneys, while Nassar joins as senior counsel. These new team members bring diverse experiences and an unwavering commitment to client service, strengthening Constangy’s ability to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Joining the Constangy Cyber Team and based in the Northern New Jersey office, Basilotto brings extensive experience in responding to cyberattacks such as ransomware, business email compromises, and other forms of cybercrime. As a key member of the firm’s rapid response team, he works closely with clients and coordinates critical resources, including digital forensics and network restoration, to contain and remediate cyber incidents. He also provides guidance on compliance with state, federal, and contractual notification requirements. Before Constangy, Basilotto served as a Senior Cyber Claims Examiner for a cyber insurance carrier and provided incident response services at a law firm. He holds a J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and active leader in the Privacy Law Association, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Monmouth University. Basilotto is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

Based in Austin, Texas, Greenwald is also a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and focuses his practice on managing cyberattacks such as ransomware, fraudulent wire transfers, and ACH payment compromises. He assists clients with incident response, deploying critical resources to mitigate damages, and ensuring compliance with regulatory notification requirements. Greenwald earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a Strauss Cyber Fellow and Strauss National Security Law Fellow and served as a Staff Editor for multiple legal journals. He also co-founded Operation Manna, an NGO aiding displaced civilians, and held leadership roles in the Jewish Legal Society. Before joining Constangy, he worked as a Law Clerk in the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection and Data Privacy Division. Greenwald earned his B.A., cum laude, in Politics from Brandeis University.

A seasoned litigator based in San Diego, Nassar has a proven track record in high-stakes employment litigation, including discrimination claims, whistleblower actions, and class actions. In addition to her litigation practice, Nassar advises employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, and Title VII, and helps them foster inclusive workplace cultures. Nassar’s global perspective, shaped by her work at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the United Nations, enriches her ability to deliver equitable solutions. A recipient of multiple accolades, including recognition by Super Lawyers and awards from the Arab-American legal community, Nassar earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Loyola College.

Based in Los Angeles, Orozco focuses on defending clients in complex labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and cases under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). His practice includes managing class actions and guiding clients through every stage of litigation, from case assessment to resolution. Orozco’s legal experience spans state and federal courts, where he has successfully prepared dispositive motions, managed discovery, and conducted depositions.
