Constangy Welcomes Senior Counsel in Boston, San Francisco
National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete is pleased to welcome two senior counsel who have joined the firm’s Boston and San Francisco offices.
Christopher Deubert brings 12 years of experience to Constangy’s Boston office, with a strong background in labor and employment counsel and litigation for clients in the sports and hospitality industries. Deubert previously worked with Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where he managed domestic employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and similar claims. He also served as general counsel to the DC United MLS franchise. He received his J.D. from Fordham University.
Andrea Rawlins has joined the firm’s San Francisco office, bringing 15 years of experience to the team, with a strong background in both employment litigation and in providing counsel on workplace management and compliance. Prior to joining Constangy, Rawlins spent eight years in in-house counsel and executive HR positions for food and beverage and financial companies, most recently serving as senior corporate counsel for Blue Diamond Growers. She received her J.D. from Santa Clara University.
