Andrew Eisenberg is a partner in the Boston office. His practice encompasses all aspects of labor and relations and employment law. He has extensive experience assisting the firm's clients in responding to union organizing campaigns, negotiating and advising clients for the administration of collective bargaining agreements and representing clients in grievance and arbitration proceedings. He regularly appears before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the United States Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Equal Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and other state discrimination agencies.

Ellen Kearns is a partner in the Boston office who represents management in a full range of traditional labor and employment issues, including NLRB proceedings, negotiations, and arbitration. Ellen has obtained injunctions in labor disputes and has resolved strike issues. She has appeared before federal and state courts and administrative agencies for employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge cases, wage and hour matters, and other employment-related litigation. Ellen is recognized nationally for her wage and hour expertise, having served as Editor-in-Chief of the first, second and third editions of the ABA/BNA Treatise, The Fair Labor Standards Act. 

David Kurtz is head of the Boston office, a member of Constangy’s Executive Committee, co-chairs the Firm’s Litigation Department, and leads the Firm’s Technology & Entrepreneurial Ventures industry group and Transactional Solutions practice group. His legal practice involves the representation of unionized and non-unionized employers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to high-tech startups in every imaginable labor and employment-related scenario. In resolving disputes and providing advice, David always considers the unique culture and business of his clients and seeks to find creative solutions to seemingly “impossible” situations.
