Overview
Andrew is a trusted advisor to employers on a broad range of labor and employment law matters.
Based in the firm’s Boston office, he counsels clients on labor relations, collective bargaining, and employment compliance issues. Andrew regularly represents employers in grievance and arbitration proceedings and provides strategic guidance during union organizing campaigns and collective bargaining. His practice also includes defending against discrimination claims and navigating compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Andrew has extensive experience appearing before courts and government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and other state administrative bodies. He works closely with clients to develop practical solutions that align with their operational needs while managing risk in complex employment settings.
Andrew represents both unionized and non-union employers across a wide range of industries, including food processing and distribution, retail, hospitality, high tech, public transportation, and other services. He has particularly deep experience working with clients in the non-profit, performing arts, hotel, and manufacturing sectors.
A frequent speaker and trainer, Andrew conducts management workshops on workplace policies, union relations, and evolving labor law developments. He is committed to helping clients stay ahead of legal changes and build effective, compliant workplaces that support long-term organizational goals.
