Constangy partners Will Krasnow and Robin Shea have been recognized as "Top Authors" in the 2023 edition of JD Supra's Readers' Choice Awards, which acknowledges top authors and firms for their thought leadership in key topics for 2022. Krasnow is an immigration and labor and employment lawyer with substantial experience, both in-house as an Assistant Human Resources Counsel for a major corporation and in private practice. Krasnow welcomes close client relationships with businesses and individuals and provides effective immigration law advice and services to them because  he has represented businesses in hundreds of immigration matters in a wide variety of industries and individuals in many complex family immigration matters as well. His business immigration representation includes obtaining permanent resident status for foreign nationals; obtaining temporary visas for a wide variety of personnel including executives and managers, professional employees and seasonal workers; employment of foreign workers under NAFTA; defense of employee claims; and compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act and related anti-discrimination provisions. Krasnow also has handled a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation and numerous labor arbitrations. His labor and employment expertise is important to the successful handling of complex immigration law issues which often overlap with employment and fair employment practices laws. Krasnow has been named one of Massachusetts Super Lawyers® for several years and has the top AV Peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.

Shea has more than 30 years' experience counseling employers and representing them before government agencies and in employment litigation involving Title VII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, the Equal Pay Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as similar state laws. She also conducts training for human resources professionals, management, and employees on a wide variety of topics.
