Allen Sattler is vice chair of the firm’s Cyber Team, based in Orange County, California. He leads the team’s cybersecurity litigation services, defending companies in class actions arising from data security incidents and alleged data privacy violations, including claims involving website tracking technologies. Allen also regularly serves as incident response counsel and has managed responses to hundreds of cyber incidents across industries. He frequently advises on cyber insurance coverage and is a recognized speaker on cyber risk mitigation, ransomware response, and data privacy.
Ryan Steidl is co-chair of Constangy's AI practice group and a member of the firm’s Cyber Team based in Seattle, Washington. He advises organizations on compliance with state, federal, and international privacy laws and helps clients develop practical data protection strategies that align with business operations. Before joining Constangy, Ryan spent eight years at Grant Thornton, where he helped build the firm’s Cyber Practice and led privacy and regulatory risk initiatives for multinational companies, private equity firms, and startups. He also teaches courses on global privacy, law, and data ethics at Seattle University.
