Allen Sattler Moderates AI & Privacy Panel at NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit Miami Beach
Constangy Cyber Team vice chair Allen Sattler will moderate a panel at the upcoming NetDiligence® Cyber Risk Summit in Miami Beach, held February 9–11, 2026, at the Eden Roc Resort. The event brings together leaders from the cybersecurity, data privacy, and cyber insurance industries for three days of education, networking, and thought leadership.
Allen will moderate the breakout session, “Artificial Intelligence & Privacy Litigation Predictions,” scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. The session will explore how AI-driven operations are testing the boundaries of privacy, surveillance, and legal compliance. Panelists will discuss the rise of enforcement actions, lawsuits related to AI training and data collection, and emerging litigation tied to deepfakes, synthetic media, and wiretapping technologies. The session will also highlight class action trends and offer predictions on where AI and privacy law are headed in 2026.

Allen Sattler is vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team, based in Orange County.
