Amanda Novak is a member of Constangy's Cyber Team and advises clients on data privacy, information security, and cybersecurity compliance matters. She has extensive experience assisting organizations in responding to data privacy and security incidents and counseling clients on compliance with state, federal, and international privacy laws, including the GDPR, CPRA, and HIPAA. Amanda also helps clients develop privacy compliance programs and incident response strategies. Amanda is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US and CIPP/E), an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), and a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
