Constangy partner and Artificial Intelligence practice group co-chair Ashley Orler will moderate a panel at the Association of Corporate Counsel's (ACC) Chicago Summit. This one-day event will be held at the Union League Club of Chicago on September 17. Constangy is a proud sponsor of this event.

ACC's Chicago Summit provides in-house counsel with a full day of educational programming, professional development, and networking opportunities. Ashley's presentation, entitled "Employment Law Considerations for AI Usage," is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. This session will explore the use of artificial intelligence in hiring and other HR decisions, including legal considerations, current and proposed regulations, and best practices for risk mitigation.
