Cara Crotty Speaks at Pinsent Masons’ Global Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Conference 2026
Constangy partner Cara Crotty will speak at the Global Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Conference 2026, hosted by Pinsent Masons on May 20, 2026. The conference will be held in person in London from 9:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. BST, with online sessions available from 9:45 a.m. – 1:20 p.m. BST.
Now in its fifth year, the Global EDI Conference brings together legal and business professionals for a half-day program focused on the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities across the EDI landscape. The conference will feature discussions on legislative and case law developments, evolving employer obligations related to workplace harassment prevention, strategies for sustaining EDI initiatives, and the increasing complexity of workplace investigations. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with other professionals during a networking lunch.
Cara will be a co-panelist for the session titled “Keeping EDI on the Agenda,” addressing strategies for navigating political and commercial headwinds while maintaining core organizational principles. The program will explore practical considerations for employers seeking to sustain EDI initiatives in a rapidly evolving legal and regulatory environment.

Cara Crotty guides employers through complex workplace compliance issues, with particular focus on federal contractor obligations, pay equity, and DEI-related compliance in a rapidly evolving legal landscape. She co-chairs Constangy’s practice groups relating to EEO/Contractor Compliance, Reporting & Analytics, and DEI Compliance, and advises employers on proactive compliance strategies and employment-related matters. Cara regularly counsels federal contractors on affirmative action compliance and reporting obligations and represents organizations during compliance evaluations and pay equity reviews. Before joining Constangy, she served as an Attorney-Advisor with the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the U.S. Department of Labor.
