Constangy Adds Two Attorneys, Strengthening Employment Litigation Practice in Los Angeles
Constangy is pleased to announce that Aaron Carpenter has joined the firm as senior counsel and Alex Valle has joined as an associate attorney, bolstering the firm’s Employment Litigation practice in Los Angeles.
Meet the Attorneys
Aaron Carpenter
Aaron is a business-focused employment attorney who advises employers on workplace strategy and risk management and defends them in complex employment litigation. He has represented clients in single-plaintiff and class action matters through trial and appeal, and has experience before state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies. Before joining Constangy, Aaron served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California and as employment counsel to Space Systems Command and the U.S. Postal Service.
Aaron earned his J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and his B.A. in English from Lipscomb University, and is admitted to practice in California and Tennessee.
Alex Valle
Alex advises employers on litigation and compliance matters, with a focus on wage and hour disputes and class, collective, and PAGA representative actions in state and federal courts and arbitration. He has managed matters from early case assessment through mediation and resolution, drafted and argued dispositive and procedural motions, handled class certification briefing, and taken and defended depositions. Alex also helps employers assess employment policies, arbitration agreements, and pay practices to identify risk and develop effective defense strategies.
He earned his J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and his B.A. in History from California State University, Fullerton, and is admitted to practice in California and New York.
