Constangy Appoints Barbara Antonucci as Chair of Advice & Counsel Practice Group
Constangy is delighted to announce that Barbara Antonucci, Managing Partner of the firm’s San Francisco office, has been appointed chair of the Advice & Counsel Practice Group.

Barbara brings more than two decades of experience representing employers across a wide range of industries in all aspects of labor and employment law. She advises and defends clients in complex employment matters under both federal and California law, including class and representative actions, single-plaintiff litigation, administrative investigations, workplace investigations and internal audits.
Barbara’s practice focuses on helping employers navigate evolving employment laws and mitigate risk through practical, business-focused advice. She has represented companies in sectors such as financial services, hospitality, transportation, and technology in litigation and arbitration matters involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Her experience includes handling large-scale employment litigation and claims under the complex wage and hour provisions of the California Labor Code, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), as well as advising on compliance with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and related laws.
