Constangy Appoints New Members to Executive Committee
Constangy is pleased to announce the appointment of Barbara Antonucci, Damon Kitchen, and Piyumi Samaratunga as new members of the firm’s Executive Committee, along with Taren Greenidge and David Steffen as ad hoc members.
The firm also recognizes and thanks Maureen Knight, Kristine Sims, and Kenneth Sulzer for their service as they conclude their terms on the Executive Committee, as well as Darrick McDuffie and Ashley Orler, who are also concluding their terms, as ad hoc members.

Constangy’s Executive Committee serves as the firm’s governing body, guiding strategic direction, client service initiatives, and firmwide priorities. In addition to the firm’s newest appointees, current Executive Committee members continuing their terms include Neil Wasser (chair), Cara Crotty, Lara de Leon, Mary Dohner Smith, Sean Hoar, David Kurtz, Kimberly Seten, and Kimberly Talley.
The addition of these newest members reflects Constangy’s continued focus on cultivating leadership across its offices and practice areas while ensuring diverse perspectives are represented in the firm’s strategic planning.
