Constangy partner and Cyber Team member David McMillan will be a featured speaker at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies’ Cyber Liability Workshop on Tuesday, September 16, in Syracuse, NY.

This full-day program will provide insurance professionals with an in-depth look at cyber exposures, coverage options, and incident response strategies. David’s presentation, “Anatomy of a Data Breach,” will walk participants through the stages of a cyber incident, highlighting common vulnerabilities, legal obligations, and practical steps organizations can take to mitigate risk before, during, and after an event.

The workshop also qualifies for Continuing Education Credit in most states and is designed to help attendees better understand the evolving cyber liability landscape and how to protect their clients against emerging threats.

David McMillan is a partner in Constangy’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Cyber Team. He advises clients on responding to data security incidents, from overseeing forensic investigations to navigating regulatory and consumer notification obligations. With nearly a decade of prior litigation experience defending companies in cybersecurity-related matters, David brings unique insight into breach response and risk mitigation.
