John MacDonald, managing partner of Constangy’s Princeton office and co-managing partner in Northern New Jersey, authored an article for the New Jersey Law Journal offering insight on navigating the dual battle of the legal system and the court of public opinion.

MacDonald highlighted how reputation management, especially with high-profile cases, is part of zealous advocacy for clients. He identified when and how to involve a crisis management consultant with a Q&A featuring Mark Herr, principal of Mark Herr Communications.
