Constangy partner Jonathan Martin will present at the South Metro Human Resources Association September Monthly Meeting on September 10, 2026, in Peachtree City, Georgia. Jonathan’s session, “Covering Your Assets: What You Need to Know About Recent Legal Updates,” will take place from 6-8 p.m.

The meeting will address recent legal developments affecting employers, including changes involving key decision-makers at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and U.S. Department of Labor. The program will focus on the legal and business risks employers face in areas including employment litigation, union campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, and workforce productivity.

During his session, Jonathan will discuss recent legal updates and provide practical tips designed to help employers avoid legal problems affecting today’s workplaces. The presentation will also address the authority of federal labor and employment agencies to make rules, interpret the law, and oversee investigations of workplace issues.

Jonathan is the office managing partner of Constangy’s Macon office.
