Jonathan Martin Presents Employment Law Update at GMA Annual Convention
Constangy partner Jonathan Martin will present an employment law update at the 2025 Georgia Mining Association (GMA) Annual Convention. Constangy is a proud sponsor of this event.
The GMA Annual Convention will be held from July 10 - 13 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The four-day event includes a networking, pickleball and golf events, and presentations on topics impacting the mining industry. Jonathan's presentation will take place on Saturday, July 12, from 9:40 - 10:15 a.m.
Jonathan Martin serves as Managing Partner of Constangy’s Macon office. His practice focuses on employment discrimination litigation, traditional labor law, and wage and hour issues, representing employers in matters under Title VII, the ADEA, ADA, NLRA, and FLSA. A Colonel in the Georgia Air National Guard and former Air Force JAG attorney, Jonathan has also served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. He regularly provides management training nationwide and has held leadership roles with the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Department of Labor, and several nonprofit organizations.
