Lindsay's panel - 'The Cyber Threat Landscape: Preparation and Remediation' - is scheduled for 2:15 - 3 pm ET.

Lindsay is a partner and vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team, based in Dallas. She has extensive experience managing responses to data privacy and security incidents, particularly those involving HIPAA and HITECH. Lindsay has handled some of the largest and most complex healthcare-related incidents globally. She also assists clients with PCI DSS compliance and provides training on data security. Before focusing on cybersecurity, she served as a trial attorney in healthcare and financial regulatory matters for over 15 years.
