Attendees will gain insight into market trends, as well as the current cyber threat and regulatory landscape, through a combination of educational sessions and networking opportunities.

Lindsay will join the panel “Deep Dive on Claims,” taking place from 2:40 – 3:25 p.m. GMT. The session will examine how cyber claims are evolving and how insurers, brokers, and clients are collaborating more effectively on vendor selection, pre-breach planning, and streamlining the claims process. The discussion will also cover innovation in claims handling, strategies for managing vendors, preparation for efficient claims resolution, subrogation considerations, developments in litigation, and advances in the recovery of lost funds.

Lindsay Nickle is vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in Dallas, Texas.
