Loree Stuck Named Partner at Constangy

Loree is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in San Diego, California, where she advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, helping organizations of all sizes and industries investigate, respond to, and remediate data privacy and security incidents. Loree regularly collaborates with forensic, remediation, notification, law enforcement, and negotiation teams to support thorough investigations and effective containment, and she counsels clients on reporting duties under state, federal, contractual, and international requirements following cyber events. Before joining Constangy, Loree practiced in the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity group at a full-service firm, where she provided incident response and data security guidance, and she also gained valuable experience assisting with GDPR compliance projects as a legal intern for an international data storage company while studying European privacy laws at the University of Amsterdam.
Loree earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP/US) credential.
