Overview
Loree is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in Seattle, Washington. She advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, helping them navigate incidents and compliance obligations with confidence.
Loree works with organizations of all sizes and industries to investigate and respond to data privacy and security incidents. She collaborates with forensic, remediation, notification, law enforcement, and negotiation teams to support thorough investigations and effective containment. After an incident, Loree counsels clients on their reporting duties under state, federal, and international laws, as well as contractual and industry-specific requirements.
Before joining Constangy, Loree was an attorney in the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice at a full-service law firm, where she provided incident response and data security guidance. She also served as a legal intern for an international data storage company, assisting with GDPR compliance projects, and deepened her understanding of European privacy laws through studies at the University of Amsterdam.
Loree earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional for United States law (CIPP/US) credential.
