Three Constangy Attorneys Selected as Fellows of the National Employment Law Council Trial Academy
Constangy is pleased to announce that Anissa Elhaiesahar, Jazmin Luna, and Darianne Young have been selected to participate in the 2026 National Employment Law Council (NELC) Trial Academy, a highly competitive program designed to develop the next generation of trial attorneys in labor and employment law.
The NELC Trial Academy provides intensive, hands-on training focused on trial advocacy skills, including witness examination, evidentiary strategy, and courtroom presentation. Participants are selected from a national pool of management-side employment attorneys and are recognized for their litigation experience and potential for leadership in the field.
NELC is a national organization of leading labor and employment attorneys committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession while fostering collaboration and professional development among management-side practitioners.
About the Attorneys
