Overview
Alexis focuses her practice on labor and employment law and represents employers in a range of matters, including employment litigation, agency charges, and workplace investigations. Alexis drafts cease and desist letters, position statements, and various employment-related agreements, including non-competition and severance agreements. She also supports clients through all phases of the administrative process, including responding to agency investigations and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations. Her previous experience with plaintiff-side employment litigation matters gives her a unique perspective when advising her clients.
Alexis' practice also includes helping employers navigate workplace compliance issues. With an understanding of labor and employment regulations, she develops practical solutions to mitigate risk and promote positive employee relations.

Alexis' hobbies include reading, painting her nails, and traveling. The furthest place she has traveled to is South Africa during a study abroad experience in law school. Outside of work, you can find her at a Pure Barre class or spending time with her friends and family.
