Overview
Amanda represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters.
She counsels clients on workplace compliance and provides day-to-day guidance on issues including hiring and termination, disability accommodations, leave management, and policy development. Amanda works closely with employers to develop sound practices that help reduce risk and support business goals.
Her practice includes matters arising under state and federal employment laws, and she advises on employment litigation prevention, wage and hour compliance, workplace safety, and retaliation claims. Amanda has supported clients across a variety of industries, including construction, health care, manufacturing, retail, and the public sector.

Amanda was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling with her dog Rigsby, and playing tennis. Amanda also enjoys remaining involved in Mercer Law School and assisting the school in any way she can.
