Overview

Danielle is a litigator with substantial experience representing employers across a range of industries and sectors in state and federal courts, as well as administrative bodies. She has defended clients in a range of labor and employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and employment contract disputes. Her background also includes guiding companies through position statements, pleadings, offensive and defensive motions and briefings, audits and investigations, mediations, trial preparation, and labor arbitrations.

Danielle is well-versed in numerous state and federal employment regulations, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and their state and local counterparts. She also drafts personnel policies and procedures and advises on non-compete laws, employee terminations, labor and employment disputes, DE&I and affirmative action strategies, and conducts workplace investigations and compliance audits.

As a former adjunct Professor at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Danielle offered guidance and mentorship to emerging lawyers. Beyond academia and her legal practice, she is deeply committed to community service, holding positions as a Board Member for The Children Heritage Foundation and serving on the Board of Trustees for her alma mater, Rutgers Preparatory School.
