Overview

Loree is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and advises clients on data privacy matters. She has experience working with organizations of all sizes and industries to respond to and investigate data privacy and security incidents. During these incidents, Loree collaborates with various experts, such as forensic, remediation, notification, law enforcement, and negotiation professionals, to assist with the investigations. Post incident, Loree advises organizations on their state, federal, and international reporting obligations, as well as any notification obligations pursuant to contracts or industry-related regulations.

Prior to joining Constangy, Loree was an attorney in the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice at a full-service law firm, where she provided incident response and data security services.

Loree earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School where she focused on privacy law and served as a legal intern at an international data storage company, assisting with GDPR compliance efforts. Loree gained further knowledge of GDPR and European privacy laws through her studies abroad at the University of Amsterdam.

Loree is a U.S. Certified Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
