Overview

Mariah is a trusted legal advisor and litigator in all areas of employment law, including claims brought under federal and state employment laws, common law, and contract issues. Mariah has experience counseling and advising clients across a broad range of employment issues, including wage and hour issues, discrimination and retaliation claims, and wrongful termination.

Mariah has experience handling cases from single plaintiff to class- or collective- action, through early settlement to trial by jury, and has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mariah worked for a civil litigation law firm representing both employers and employees in a wide variety of employment matters. The familiarity with both sides of the litigation spectrum have given Mariah a unique perspective when advising and representing clients.
