Overview
Reginald is a skilled litigator who represents employers in various labor and employment issues in both state and federal courts. He primarily defends clients against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace conflicts. Additionally, Reginald provides guidance to employers on updating policies, creating employee handbooks, managing employee discipline, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Reginald is proficient in overseeing all phases of litigation, which includes drafting and arguing key motions, conducting and defending depositions, and managing intricate written and electronic discovery. He has represented employers in proceedings with administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and has successfully negotiated settlements in cases involving employment and housing discrimination. His practice also includes conducting internal workplace investigations addressing harassment claims and other related issues discrimination.
