Overview
Sarah is a seasoned litigator who defends employers in employment and labor matters in both state and federal courts.
Her practice includes, but is not limited to, defending employers as to claims under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and related state and federal statutes.
Sarah also regularly advises clients on a wide range of day-to-day employee relations issues, helping employers implement practical legal strategies tailored to their workforce and operational goals. In addition to litigation and counseling, Sarah conducts training for HR professionals, managers, and employees on topics such as harassment prevention, medical leave management, workplace investigations, and litigation avoidance.
Her approach emphasizes clear communication and proactive planning to help employers maintain compliance and reduce legal risk.
