Lindsay is vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team and a partner in the Dallas office. She has extensive experience managing data privacy and security incidents, including large healthcare-related breaches under HIPAA and HITECH. She also specializes in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and draws on over 15 years as a trial attorney to assess third-party liability in healthcare and financial regulatory matters. Lindsay holds the CIPP/US credential and is a recognized leader in cyber risk management who regularly speaks on cyber insurance, risk mitigation, and data privacy regulation.
