Constangy, Brooks, Smith and Prophete, LLP is excited to welcome Kelly Holbrook as senior counsel in the firm’s Tampa office.

Holbrook is a seasoned employment litigator who comes to Constangy from Nelson Mullins, and previously spent nearly 20 years at the firm of Broad and Cassel. She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale. Holbrook routinely represents companies in the litigation of significant disputes involving contracts and commercial dealings and advises clients in drafting and interpreting employment contracts, separation agreements, trade secret and non-competition agreements, training, and internal investigations. She received her J.D. from Stetson University.

Constangy also welcomes three new associates who have recently joined the firm’s Birmingham, Nashville and Tampa offices.

Brittany Turner has joined Constangy’s Birmingham office from Lloyd Gray Whitehead & Monroe, where she successfully represented non-profit organizations, municipal organizations, educational institutions, manufacturing facilities, and other local and national businesses against claims of discrimination and retaliation. She has a J.D. from the University of Alabama, where she also served as a Law Fellow after graduation.

Jill Evert has joined the firm’s Nashville office. She comes to Constangy from Littler Mendelson. Jill is a a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. Prior to deciding on employment law as her path, Jill clerked for the Hon. Judge R. Leon Jordan and the Hon. Thomas W. Phillips in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Chase Hale has joined Constangy’s Tampa office. He received his J.D. in 2020 from Stetson University, and previously worked as a clerk with Constangy and also with the firm of Shankman Leone.
