Los Angeles partner Steve Katz discusses what the implications are for employers following the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Viking River Cruises, Inc. v. Moriana, which overturned lower court decisions and determined that the Federal Arbitration Act pre-empts California's ban on enforcing agreements individually to arbitrate claims under California's Private Attorneys General Act.
