She has experience counseling and advising clients across a broad range of employment issues, including wage and hour issues, discrimination and retaliation claims, and wrongful termination. Mariah has experience handling cases from single plaintiff to class- or collective- action, through early settlement to trial by jury, and has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Prior to joining Constangy, she worked for a civil litigation law firm representing both employers and employees in a wide variety of employment matters.
